Painting
We pride ourselves on doing the work properly, which is all about surface preparation, this ensures the job will last and look great for years
Gardening
If it is a one time clean up, vegetable planting, hedge or edge trimming, mowing, section clearing, weed eating, pruning or ongoing maintenance, we get it done
House Washing
We like to put the elbow into it, there is just no substitute to solid soapy water brushing a house to get the grim off, yes water blasting achieves 75% but together with soap brushing this gets that deep grim coat all off and you can see the difference
Path Cleaning
Moss and mold really make your place look unkept. We will recommend a water blast or chemical spray depending on best practice, if you have pets in the area or sensitive plants
Cleaning
We conduct thorough cleaning to make sure your place is hygienic and looks great again. We will ensure your windows sparkle and your floors shine
De-cluttering
Our team works sensitively; we help take special care to protect what are valuable and sentimental items
This can be a time-consuming process, so we like to work methodically and efficiently, often this involves sorting through personal items to decide what to keep and what to donate or discard.
We understand sentimental attachment makes it difficult to let go, so we like to bring a fresh perspective which helps decision making and motivation

Advice
Property Assessment
Meeting one, we get to know your needs, your timeframe and your property.
Meeting two, we present an assessment report which is a prioritized list of recommendations to assist you in appealing to your target market/s to maximise the value of your home. This includes initial estimates of time and cost. Together we agree which recommendations you wish to proceed with before any work is undertaken.
This report usually costs $400, we are offering a $200 Special Offer until Dec 2025
The face behind Realcom
John Gundesen - I have spent the last 30 years in different roles, all in property. From Marketing Manager at the largest property agencies developing portfolio marketing campaigns to launching new subdivisions. I have always been at the leading edge of web tech innovations, storytelling and 3D modelling to innovations in show homes and sales suites.
I've done a number of home renovations as the family grew, and admit to being a pedantic home maintenance type of guy.
When I'm not busy at work you'll find me on the tennis court, in the garden or at the beach with family.
I always make decisions based on what I think is practical and best value.
